A biologist and ornithologist, he works as an environmental consultant, birdwatching guide, wildlife photographer, and environmental educator.
Academically, he conducts research in the area of human health promotion, linked to birdwatching. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in natural resource conservation at the Department of Forestry, Soil and Environmental Sciences of the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences (FCA) at Unesp, Botucatu campus, where he studies the birdlife community of the Lageado and Edgárdia Experimental Farms.
Graduating in Veterinary Medicine from UNESP Botucatu, he is interested in the area of Conservation Medicine and Wildlife. Through research and university extension, he has conducted bird surveys in various areas of the municipality of Botucatu, improving his knowledge about birds and their distribution. Thus, he also acts as a bird guide so that knowledge about them is further disseminated and the conservation of these creatures is perpetuated.
